This event will be streaming live, videotaped and All guests will have access to our beautiful 2400sf terrace to enjoy networking, cocktails, photo-ops, fresh air and pure luxury. Smoking is allowed on the terrace in a designated area. Fine dining starts at 7:30pm.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
The age limit is 21 and over
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The Olympic Collection has a underground parking lot available on the premises. Our guests will have free parking. If the parking lot is full, there is street parking available.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please bring your printed ticket tor receipt with proper I.D to the event so we can seat you properly as we will need your name and table verification for our chef and servers to bring out your pre-ordered meal.
What is the refund policy?
All refunds are non-negotiable.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
As long as the primary ticket holder contact the organizer within 7 business days to make the necessary arrangements to ensure the new party will not be rejected at the event. The meal selection cannot be changed.
